Common use of Lessee’s Representative Clause in Contracts

Lessee’s Representative. Lessee has designated ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Leasehold Improvement Agreement, who, until further notice to Lessor, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Lessee as required in this Leasehold Improvement Agreement.

Upon request from Lessor or its representative, architect, contractor or engineer, Lessee’s representative shall supply such information, and issue such approvals as may be requested, to complete the design and construction of the Additional Premises Improvements.
