Lessee’s Representative Clause Samples
The "Lessee’s Representative" clause designates an individual or entity authorized to act on behalf of the lessee in matters related to the lease agreement. Lessee’s Representative. Lessee’s Representative. The authorized representative of the Lessee for purposes of this lease shall be as set forth on the Lease Data Sheet.
Lessee’s Representative. Lessee has designated ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Exhibit, who, until further notice to Lessor, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Lessee as required in this Exhibit.
Lessee’s Representative. The Lessee shall notify the Lessor and the Lessor's Agent (if any) of the name address and business and after hours telephone number of a person to be authorised by the Lessee to control any internal security system within the Premises to enable the Lessor or the Lessor's agents or contractors to gain access to the Premises whenever pursuant to the terms of this Lease access is required or permitted and to advise the Lessor forthwith in writing of any change of the nominated person or other particulars.
Lessee’s Representative. A representative of Lessee shall remain on the premises during the term hereof and until performers or exhibitors and the public have left the building.
Lessee’s Representative. Lessee has designated ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Leasehold Improvement Agreement, who, until further notice to Lessor, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Lessee as required in this Leasehold Improvement Agreement.
Lessee’s Representative. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has designated ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Facilities Manager, or designee as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Exhibit “B” and any attachments thereto, who, until further notice to Lessor, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Lessee as required in this Work Letter.
Lessee’s Representative. A) The Lessee shall be present, or have a representative authorized to make decisions on behalf of Lessee, as described in Section 4, paragraph B of this contract, present at The Hemmens Cultural Center during all times the Facility is in use by Lessee.
B) The Lessee shall identify any and all additional representatives not listed in Section 4, paragraph B authorized to make decisions on behalf of Lessee not less than seven days prior to the event.
C) If Lessee fails to identify authorized representative(s), the person whose name appears on the signature page of this contract shall be the only person authorized to make requests of Hemmens staff regarding, but not limited to, the following: staffing, equipment and Facility access.
D) In the absence of Lessee or an authorized representative, access to The Hemmens Cultural Center shall be denied to all other persons associated with the event, including the paying public. In such event, Lessee shall hold harmless and indemnify Lessor from and against any and all liability of whatsoever nature, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with such denial of access.
Lessee’s Representative. Lessee shall appoint two or more ----------------------- representatives to represent Lessee in all matters relating to this Agreement and/or the Hotel ("Lessee's Representatives"). Lessee's initial Lessee's Representatives shall be the individuals named on Exhibit "A". Manager shall have the right to deal solely with the Lessee's Representatives on all such matters. Manager may rely upon statements and representations of any one of Lessee's Representatives (without the joinder of the others) as being from and binding upon Lessee. Lessee may change one or more of its Lessee's Representatives from time to time by providing written notice to Manager in the manner provided for herein. Lessee shall cause one or more of the Lessee's Representatives or designated substitutes to attend all Quarterly Lessee's Meetings.
Lessee’s Representative. Lessee shall designate a Project ------------------------ Administrator to represent and act on behalf of Lessee and receive communications from Operator. Notification of changes in the Project Administrator shall be provided to Operator in a timely manner. The Project Administrator shall be responsible for representing Lessee's interests in the day-to-day operations and maintenance affairs of the Facility. The Project Administrator shall also be responsible for specifying to Operator Lessee's requirements as to the operating schedule and other operating objectives in accordance with Article
4.1. The Project Administrator shall act on behalf of Lessee as the principal interface with Operator.
