Common use of Lessee's Property and Business Interruption Insurance Clause in Contracts

Lessee's Property and Business Interruption Insurance. All insurance proceeds payable by reason of any loss of or damage to any of Lessee's Personal Property and the business interruption insurance maintained for the benefit of Lessee shall be paid to Lessee; provided, however, no such payments shall diminish or reduce the insurance payments otherwise payable to or for the benefit of Lessor hereunder.
