Lessee’s Agents. All subcontractors, laborers, materialmen, and suppliers retained directly by Lessee shall conduct their activities in and around the Project, the Premises, the Building or any contents thereof (including, without limitation Furniture) in a harmonious relationship with all other subcontractors, laborers, materialmen and suppliers at the Project and the Premises.
