Common use of Lessee Responsible for Damage Clause in Contracts

Lessee Responsible for Damage. The Lessee shall, at the option of the Lessor, either repair and make good any damage which may be caused to the Leased Premises or any part thereof as a result of the construction, erection or installation of the Lessee’s Works, to the satisfaction of the Lessor or alternatively, shall reimburse on demand the Lessor for all the costs incurred by the Lessor in having such damage made good by the Lessor's own contractors.
