Common use of Lending Installations Clause in Contracts

Lending Installations. Each Lender may book its Loans at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender and may change its Lending Installation from time to time, which Lending Installation may include any Affiliate of such Lender or any domestic or foreign branch of such Lender or such Affiliate. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender for the benefit of any such Lending Installation.
