Lenders’ Obligations Several. The obligation of each Lender hereunder is several. The failure of any Lender to make available its Ratable Portion of any borrowing shall not relieve any other Lender of its obligation hereunder to do so on the date requested, but no Lender shall be responsible for the failure of any other Lender to make available the Ratable Portion to be funded by such other Lender.
