Lender Addendum. Each Lender to become a party to this Agreement on the Original Closing Date, the First Amendment Effectiveness Date, the Second Amendment Effectiveness Date or the Third Amendment Effectiveness Date shall do so by delivering to the Administrative Agent a Lender Addendum duly executed by such Lender, the applicable Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
