Lender Addendum. Each Lender to become a party to this Agreement on the date hereof shall do so by delivering to the Administrative Agent a Lender Addendum duly executed by such Lender, Borrower and the Administrative Agent.

Lender Addendum. Each initial Lender shall become a party to this Agreement by either signing a counterpart of this Agreement or delivering to the Administrative Agents a Lender Addendum duly executed by such Lender and the Borrower.
