Legally Required Disclosure of Information. If any party or representatives (the “Disclosing Party”) becomes legally required to disclose any Information that it is otherwise obligated to hold strict confidence pursuant to Section 6.1, such party will promptly notify the Person that owns the Information (the “Owning Party”) and will use all commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate with the Owning Party so that the Owning Party may seek a protective order or other appropriate remedy and/or waive compliance with this Section 6.2. All expenses reasonably incurred by the Disclosing Party in seeking a protective order or other remedy will be borne by the Owning Party.
