Common use of Legal Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Legal Liability Insurance. Third party legal liability insurance (including war and allied perils) for a combined single limit (bodily injured and property damage) of not less than $500,000,000 for a Narrowbody Aircraft, and not less than $750,000,000 for Widebody Aircraft. The Collateral Agent and the Administrative Agent (on behalf of themselves and the Secured Parties) shall be named as additional insureds on such policies; provided that the Grantors shall ensure that the Collateral Agent and the Administrative Agent are also named as an additional insured in respect of any new Lease.

The Collateral Security Trustee on behalf of the Agent and the Administrative Agent (on behalf of themselves and the Secured Parties) Lenders shall be named as additional insureds on such policies; provided that the Grantors shall ensure that the Collateral Agent and the Administrative Agent are also named as an additional insured in respect of any new Lease.

The Collateral Agent and the Administrative Agent (on behalf of themselves and the Secured Parties) shall be named as additional insureds on such policies; provided that the Grantors Guarantors shall ensure that the Collateral Agent and the Administrative Agent are also named as an additional insured in respect of any new Leaselease.
