Common use of Legal Description and Survey Clause in Contracts

Legal Description and Survey. At least 5 days prior to Closing, Seller shall provide Buyer with the legal description of the Property as set forth in the 210 recorded declaration of condominium, if any. If Buyer or Buyer's mortgagee desires a survey of the Property, the survey shall be obtained at Buyer's expense. The 211 Parties may amend this Contract to attach a complete and correct legal description of the Property.
