GBG shall be responsible for ensuring that such Group Company complies with relevant Privacy and Data Protection Requirements, the terms of the Agreement and that such transfer is subject to adequate safeguards in accordance with clause 9.11 or based on an adequacy decision in accordance with clause 9.12.
