Leave – Local Coordinator. An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses’ Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay. Leave of absence for Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses’ Association will be separate from the Union leave provided above. During such leave of absence, the employee's salary and applicable benefits shall be maintained by the Employer and the Union agrees to reimburse the Employer in the amount of the full cost of such salary and applicable benefits. The Employer will bill the Union within a reasonable period of time.
Leave – Local Coordinator. Upon written request, leave of absence for Association business shall be granted to a Nurse, by the Administrator or designate for up to a total of fifty (50) days in a calendar year. During such leave of absence, a Nurse’s salary and applicable benefits or percentage in lieu of fringe benefits shall be maintained by the Employer in the amount of the daily rate of the full time Nurse or in the amount of the full cost of salary and percentage in lieu of fringe benefits of a part-time Nurse. The Employer will ▇▇▇▇ the Treasurer of the Local Association within a reasonable period of time.
