Leave & Holidays. 6.1 The Ministry is committed to ensuring all forms of leave are well managed and comply with good employer, statutory and employment agreement obligations. 6.1.1 Leave is available to employees working from home as their primary place of work, in the same way it is available for all Ministry employees. 6.1.2 Employees can obtain further information about their entitlements under the Holidays Act 2003 (and any subsequent amendments) from the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment or on the People and Performance page of the Intranet.
