Common use of Leasing Reports Clause in Contracts

Leasing Reports. Borrower shall deliver to Bondowner Representative monthly rent rolls, leasing schedules and reports, operating statements and/or such other leasing information as Bondowner Representative shall request with respect to the Property and Improvements, each in form and substance satisfactory to Bondowner Representative and certified by an authorized officer of Borrower to be true and correct. In addition, Borrower shall promptly obtain and deliver to Bondowner Representative such estoppel certificates and subordination and attornment agreements executed by such tenants in such forms as Bondowner Representative may from time to time require.

Leasing Reports. Borrower shall deliver to Bondowner Representative monthly (prior to the Conversion Date) and annual rent rolls, leasing schedules and reports, operating statements and/or such other leasing information as Bondowner Representative shall request with respect to the Property and Improvements, each in form and substance satisfactory to Bondowner Representative and certified by an authorized officer of Borrower to be true and correct. In addition, Borrower shall promptly obtain and deliver to Bondowner Representative such estoppel certificates and subordination and attornment agreements executed by such tenants in such forms as Bondowner Representative may from time to time require.
