Common use of Leases or Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

Leases or Other Agreements. Except for the Facility Lease set forth in Schedule 4.5, there are no leases, subleases, licenses, occupancy agreements, options, rights, concessions or other agreements or arrangements, written or oral, granting to any person the right to purchase, use or occupy the Facility, or any real property in connection with the Business or any portion thereof or interest in the Facility or real property.

Leases or Other Agreements. Except for the Facility Lease set forth Leases listed in Schedule DISCLOSURE SCHEDULE 4.5, there are no leases, subleases, licenses, occupancy agreements, options, rights, concessions or other agreements or arrangements, written or oral, granting to any person the right to purchase, use or occupy the any Facility, or any real property in connection with of the Business Company or any portion thereof or interest in the any such Facility or real property.

Leases or Other Agreements. Except for the Facility Lease set forth in Leases listed on Schedule 4.54.8 below, there are no leases, subleases, licenses, occupancy agreements, options, rights, concessions or other agreements or arrangements, written or oral, granting to any person the right to purchase, use or occupy the any Facility, or any real property in connection with the Business or any portion thereof or interest in the any such Facility or real property.

Leases or Other Agreements. Except for the Facility Lease set forth Leases listed in Schedule 4.55.5(a), there are no leases, subleases, licenses, occupancy agreements, options, rights, concessions or other agreements or arrangements, written or oral, granting to any person Person the right to purchase, use or occupy any Facility or the FacilityLeased Real Property, or any real property in connection with the Business or any portion thereof or interest in the Facility or real propertytherein (other than Permitted Encumbrances).
