Except for the Facility Leases listed on Section 2.11(c) of the Disclosure Schedule, there are no leases, subleases, licenses, occupancy agreements, options, rights, concessions or other agreements or arrangements, written or oral, granting to any Person the right to purchase, use or occupy any Leased Real Property.
