Lease, Use and Modification of Airport Facilities. (i) United and Contractor agree that the use by Contractor of all Terminal Facilities at all Applicable Airports for the provision of Contractor Services shall be at the direction of United. In furtherance of this Section 4.10(a)(i), from time to time, and notwithstanding the execution of any license, lease, sublease or other agreement pursuant to this Section 4.10, at the request and direction of United and subject to Section 4.10(a)(ii), Contractor shall take the following actions, in each case as and when directed by United:
