Common use of Lease Supplements Clause in Contracts

Lease Supplements. On or prior to each Basic Term Commencement Date, Lessee and Lessor shall each execute and deliver a Lease Supplement for the Property to be leased effective as of such Basic Term Commencement Date in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto.
