Lease Space. The School will comply with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes §124E.13, Subd. 1 for leasing space. Prior to finalizing a lease for space, the School will submit it to the Department for review and comment. The School will also provide the lease to the Authorizer for review and comment at the request of the Authorizer.
