Lease Space Clause Samples
Lease Space. The School may lease space from any public or nonsectarian private organization as it deems necessary. If the School intends to lease from a private sectarian organization, it will comply with the provisions of the Charter Law, specifically Minnesota Statutes § 124E.22. Prior to finalizing a lease for space, the School will submit an application to the Department for approval. The School will provide a copy of the Department’s decision, to the Authorizer within thirty days of receipt.

Lease Space. The School will comply with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes §124E.13, Subd. 1 for leasing space. Prior to finalizing a lease for space, the School will submit it to the Department for review and comment. The School will also provide the lease to the Authorizer for review and comment at the request of the Authorizer.
Lease Space. 1-1. The Lessor shall lease to the Lessee and the Lessee shall lease from the Lessor the space (hereinafter referred to as the Lease Space) described at the end hereof within the Building.
1-2. Besides the Lease Space stipulated in Subarticle 1-1, the Lessee may use the common areas and common facilities (hereinafter referred to as the Commonly Used Part) described at the end hereof jointly with other tenants.
Lease Space. Effective immediately, Seller shall seek to sublease the ----------- Homebanc office space otherwise known as Suite 380, located at 2111 E. Highland, Phoe▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (▇▇▇ "▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇"). ▇▇▇▇▇ Seller enters into such a sublease, Seller shall sublease the Lease Space to Buyer at the lease rate of $2,500.00/month. Seller shall give Buyer notice of a sublease as soon as practicable in order to afford Buyer with as much notice to vacate as possible.
Lease Space. Landlord shall construct the space as detailed on the attached space plan dated November 11, 1998 by The Design Partnership, space will be taken as built with the exception of those improvements as indicated on the attached drawing.
Lease Space. Developer in consideration of this Agreement does hereby agree to lease to the City a maximum of 1,000 square feet of space in the Center for the purpose of a police department substation ("Lease Space") the location of which is to be mutually agreed upon by the parties; provided however, the parties agree that such Lease Space shall be a ground- floor location, but shall not be a retail store front location.
Lease Space. Buyer may continue to occupy the space at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ North, Minneapolis, (the “Premises”) Minnesota pursuant to the terms and conditions of the lease agreement between Buyer and Seller executed in conjunction with this Agreement (the “Lease Agreement”). The Seller shall keep the Premises available to Buyer and shall take no actions or fail to take any action that would have the effect of terminating Buyer’s right of occupancy without first giving prior written notice to Buyer. For so long as the Buyer occupies such office space, the Buyer agrees to abide by and follow the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement.
