Common use of Lease of Property Clause in Contracts

Lease of Property. The City hereby leases to the Authority, and the Authority hereby leases from the City, for the benefit of the Owners of the Bonds, the Property, subject only to Permitted Encumbrances, to have and to hold for the term of this Ground Lease.

Lease of Property. The City hereby leases to the Authority, and the Authority hereby leases from the City, for the benefit of the Owners of the Bonds, the Property, subject only to Permitted EncumbrancesEncumbrances (as defined in the Sublease), to have and to hold for the term of this Ground Site Lease.

Lease of Property. (a) The City Authority hereby leases to the Authority, City and the Authority City hereby leases from the City, for the benefit of the Owners of the Bonds, Authority the Property, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, and subject only to all Permitted Encumbrances, to have and to hold for the term of this Ground Lease.

The City hereby leases to the Authority, and the Authority hereby leases from the City, for the benefit of the Owners of the Bonds, the PropertyProperty and all rights appurtenant thereto, including, but not limited to, rights of access, subject only to Permitted Encumbrances, to have and to hold for the term of this Ground Lease.

Lease of Property. The City hereby leases to the Authority, and the Authority hereby leases from the City, for the benefit of the Owners of the Bonds, the Property, subject only to Permitted Encumbrances, to have and to hold for the term of this First Amended Ground Lease. The Property shall include all of the Property described in the 2017 Ground Lease and the Property described in Exhibit A hereto.
