Common use of Lease of Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Lease of Aircraft. Operator agrees to lease the Aircraft to Lessee on a non-exclusive basis from time-to-time and subject to availability pursuant to the provisions of FAR 91.501(b)(6), 91.501(c)(1) and 91.501(d), and to provide, at its sole cost and expense, a fully qualified flight crew for all operations under this Agreement. Operator has contracted with an aviation management company to support Operator’s aircraft operations, including, but not limited to, providing fully qualified flight crew and maintenance support.

Lease of Aircraft. Operator has contracted with an aviation management company to support Operator’s aircraft operations, including, but not limited to, providing fully qualified flight crew and maintenance support.. TIME SHARING AGREEMENT

Operator has contracted with an aviation management company to TIME SHARING AGREEMENT support Operator’s aircraft operations, including, but not limited to, providing fully qualified flight crew and maintenance support.

Operator agrees to lease the Aircraft to Lessee on a non-exclusive basis from time-to-time and subject to availability pursuant to the provisions of FAR 91.501(b)(6), 91.501(c)(1) and 91.501(d), and to provide, at its sole cost and expense, provide a fully qualified flight crew for all operations under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, only those flights as to which Lessee notifies Operator has contracted of Lessee’s intention to provide Operator with an aviation management company to support Operator’s aircraft operations, including, but not limited to, providing fully qualified flight crew and maintenance supportreimbursement therefor shall be considered conducted under this Agreement.
