(Lease Amenities. Section A sets forth the amenities provided by the Lessor to be included in the Lease. Except as noted below, the amenities listed are not required for all district offices.

(Lease Amenities. Lessee shall be entitled to receive and Lessor shall be required to provide the amenities selected in Section A of the District Office Lease Attachment (“Attachment”) accompanying this Lease.

(Lease Amenities. Resident leases from the Cooperative the Unit described above. The site plan of the Unit and its location are described in the attached Exhibit A. The Unit is leased without furnishings, but will contain the following amenities: 1.1 All Units - All units will contain flooring which may be wall-to-wall carpeting, wood laminate, hardwood, or vinyl; self-defrosting refrigerator/freezer; stove and self-cleaning oven; microwave; dishwasher; washer and dryer; telephone and television hook-ups; individual thermostats to control heat; and an emergency response system (the “Basic Furnishings”).
