LEAD PAINT DISCLOSURE. X Tenant acknowledges that Landlord has informed Tenant that the Premises was constructed prior to 1978, and that the Premises may contain lead based paint; that Landlord has disclosed to Tenant information on lead based paint and lead based paint hazards; and that Landlord has furnished to tenant a federally approved pamphlet on lead poisoning prevention.
