Common use of Lead Negotiators Clause in Contracts

Lead Negotiators. The Authority Executive Director, or his designee, shall be the lead negotiator for the Authority with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement; provided, however, that the Authority reserves its rights to consider and approve or disapprove the proposed AHA. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ shall be the lead negotiator for Developer with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ shall be lead negotiator for Owner with respect to those limited matters under this Agreement that pertain to Owner, as more particularly set forth in Recital E.
