Common use of Lead Hand Premium Clause in Contracts

Lead Hand Premium. A premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour shall be paid for all hours worked by employees appointed as a Lead Hand by the Company.

Lead Hand Premium. A premium of one dollar One ($1.00) dollar per hour shall over the highest rate supervised will be paid for all hours worked by employees appointed as where the Employer designates a Lead Hand by the CompanyHand.
