Lead Disclosure. From and after the Effective Date, NYCHA shall provide residents signing new leases (or, where required by regulation, renewal leases) with information about the presence of lead-based paint and lead-based paint hazards in their apartments and developments in accordance with the Lead Disclosure Rule, 24 C.F.R. part 35, subpart A; 40 C.F.R. part 745, subpart F.
