Common use of Lead Clerk Clause in Contracts

Lead Clerk. The City shall have the right to establish a lead clerk position at the City’s option. If such position is established it shall be subordinate to the Support Services Manager. The City recognizes that this position would be a represented position within the Lynnwood Police Support Services Guild. The establishment of a lead clerk position shall not be subject to bargaining at its inception however successor contracts as to wage, hours and working conditions will be subject to bargaining consistent with other units within the bargaining group.
