Lead-based Paint Visual Assessments. The lead‐based paint visual assessment requirement exists to protect vulnerable families from potential health hazards. To prevent lead poisoning in young children, grantees must comply with the Lead‐based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992 and its applicable regulations found at 24 CFR §35, subparts A, B, H, J, K, M, and R.‌ A lead‐based paint visual assessment must be completed for all units and shelters that meet the three following conditions:

  • REAL ESTATE TAXES, SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AND PRORATIONS (a) Because the Entire Property (of which the Property is a part) is subject to a triple net lease (as further set forth in paragraph 11(a)(i), the parties acknowledge that there shall be no need for a real estate tax proration. However, Seller represents that to the best of its knowledge, all real estate taxes and installments of special assessments due and payable in all years prior to the year of Closing have been paid in full.   • Evaluation Cycle: Formative Assessment A) A specific purpose for evaluation is to promote student learning, growth and achievement by providing Educators with feedback for improvement.
