Lead Authority. 10.1 The Lead Authority shall act on behalf of the Authorities in directing the Project. In particular it shall 10.1.1 Carry out the functions set out in Schedule B1 to this Agreement 10.1.2 In its capacity either as the contracting party to the Broadband Agreement ensure compliance with their terms and conditions and carry out the obligations under them so as not to jeopardise the Project or the funding of the Project.
