Common use of LB Units Clause in Contracts

LB Units. The Partnership Units issued to the LB Partners in connection with the acquisition by the Partnership of certain properties on the LB Closing Date. Limited Partner: Those Persons listed as such on Exhibit 1B attached hereto and made a part hereof, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time, including any Person who becomes a Substituted Limited Partner or an Additional Limited Partner in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; provided such term shall not include the Class C Limited Partner, the Class F Limited Partner, the Class G Limited Partner, the Class I Limited Partner, the Class J Limited Partner or the Class K Limited Partner.
