Common use of LAYOUT PLANS / SHOPFITTING Clause in Contracts

LAYOUT PLANS / SHOPFITTING. The Lessee is required to submit to the Lessor leased premises design drawings prepared in accordance with the Lessee Design Criteria Document for the building. Such drawings are to be of a suitably high standard and are to be submitted for approval within 14 days of the Lessor’s acceptance of this offer. Both the Lessor and the relevant municipal authorities must approve such design drawings prior to the commencement of fit out of the leased premises.
