Spring 2010: Between the date of this Agreement and June 30, 2010, inclusive, layoffs of employees represented by member unions of the Public Employees Committee of the San Francisco Labor Council (PEC) that result in complete loss of City employment will be limited to four hundred and twenty-five (425) positions, including notices already issued.
