Laycan. 20.1.1 Seller and Buyer hereby agree on a quarterly delivery schedule specifying the laycan’s at Buyer designated discharge port(s) per each single batch to be delivered. 20.1.2 Each fifteenth (15th) day of the third (3) month of the current quarter, the next quarterly delivery schedule shall be agreed upon by parties. 20.1.3 ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s at Buyer’s designated port(s) to be fixed with ONE (3) days range.
