LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. All transactions executed through us are subject to the constitution, rules, regulations, customs, and methods of doing business at the exchange, market, clearinghouse, or agency (which may include an issuer itself) that processes transactions. Various Federal and State laws and regulations may apply to transactions in your account.
