Laws and Licenses. 20 Franchisee shall comply with all federal, State, and County laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations 21 applicable to the performance of the services hereunder and shall obtain all licenses and permits necessary 22 to perform the services hereunder and maintain the same in full force and effect. 24 K.
