Laws and Licenses. Manager has complied and will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Manager shall provide current copies of Manager’s licenses, which will be maintained in Company’s records. Company will appoint Manager in all applicable states. Manager will obtain and maintain at its own expense all licenses required for it to perform this Agreement.
