Law Governing Agreement. This Agreement is made and entered into and is to be at least partially performed in Dallas County, Texas. It shall be interpreted, construed and enforced and its construction and performance shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas applicable to Agreements made and to be performed entirely within such State without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, except to the extent that Federal law may apply.
