Laundry. No clothing or laundry shall be hung on any balcony, utility platform, A/C platform, platform above any projecting bay window, flat roof, roof, windows or outside the Building or any part thereof or in the Common Areas and Facilities. Laundry may be hung in (if any) laundry rack(s) installed in the balconies, utility platforms, flat roofs, roofs or any such other designated places PROVIDED THAT the prior written consent of the Manager has been obtained.
