Common use of LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT. 1. Any standard laundry equipment that may be in the house has been left by a previous tenant. You may use the equipment if you wish; or you may replace it and take it with you when you leave. Landlord does NOT maintain/repair any laundry equipment existing in the house. 2.
