Common use of Late Reporting Fee Clause in Contracts

Late Reporting Fee. Borrower will pay Crestmark a fee ("Late Reporting Fee") in an amount equal to One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per item per business day for any business day or part thereof in which any report, financial statement or schedule required by this Agreement is delivered late, unless Crestmark has specifically granted in writing an extension of time within which to deliver said report, financial statement or schedule.
