Common use of Late Rent Clause in Contracts

Late Rent. If rent is received by MANAGEMENT or mailed with postmark after the 3rd day of the month, the following late charges will be added: $30.00 PLUS $3 PER DAY UNTIL PAID. In the event that when rent payment is past due over 14 days, an additional $450.00 FOR ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS plus all PAST DUE RENT, LATE FEES, COURT FEES & ATTORNEY FEE for filing UNLAWFUL DETAINER WILL BE CHARGED TO RESIDENT.
