Common use of Late Pickup Clause in Contracts

Late Pickup. Parent/Guardian agrees to pay Center the further sum of $1.00 per minute, with a minimum charge of $50.00, for care after 6:00 PM necessitated by the late pickup of Child. For this purpose, “late pickup” means any pickup after 6:00 P.M. Center will bill Parent/Guardian for all late pickup charges, and any such charges shall be payable in full with the next payment for regular child care due after receipt of the bill.
