Late Pickup. If the Parent(s) is going to be late picking up their child(ren), every effort must be made to contact the Child Care Provider. A late pickup fee of $ shall be administered if the Parent(s) are more than minutes late after the child’s pickup date (“Late Pickup Fee”). The Late Pickup Fee shall be administered to each child that has not been picked up.
Late Pickup. JCCEC’s hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Late pick-ups will incur a fee of $1.00 for every minute past 6:00 p.m.

Late Pickup. If your child is enrolled in a school day program and is picked up after 3:30 p.m., a late fee of $15.00 per each 15 minute period past 3:30 p.m., and any portion thereof, will be assessed. If your child is enrolled in after-care and is picked up after our closing time of 6:00 p.m., a late fee of $15.00 per each 15 minute period past 6:00 p.m., and any portion thereof, will be assessed. Legal authorities may be contacted for children left at the school for more than one hour after closing.
Late Pickup. If Client fails to pick pet up within 4 hours of agreed upon time, Provider will contact Client, the Emergency Contacts as designated on the Emergency Information Form provided by Client, and the Veterinarian as indicated on the Veterinarian Information and Release Form. If Client still fails to inform Provider of the reason for the delay and provide authorization to extend contract term and pay all applicable charges, Provider will contact local Animal Control to pick up the pet. Late Pickup. Parent agrees to pick up the Student(s) on time at the end of class. If the Student(s) are not picked up within 15 minutes after the end of the class, Parent agrees to be charged a $25 late pickup fee for each occurrence.
Late Pickup. If Member is late and may arrive later than one-half hour from the scheduled time to pick up a boat, the Member must call or text CLUB dock line to notify the CLUB of such lateness. If a Member is more than one-half hour late, the boat reservation may be assigned to another Member.

Late Pickup. If Dog is not picked up by the regular closing time, boarding fees will be charged, and Dog may not be released until the following business day, unless alternative arrangements have been made well in advance.

Liability: As parent/legal guardian, I am fully responsible for any legal responsibility which may result for my child’s actions Termination Procedure: This contract may be terminated by either the parent/guardian or the Provider by giving a 2 week written notice. Payment is due upon notice for those two weeks, unless parent has paid a 1 week deposit; then 1 week’s tuition is due with notice. The Provider may terminate this contract without giving notice if payments are not made on time or if there are behavioral issues. Deposit will be forfeit to the Provider. In the event it comes to the attention of Robin’s Family Child Care that my child becomes ill with symptoms such as headache, vomiting, sore throat, fever, diarrhea, I understand that I may be called to immediately pick up my child at the location of the activity. This agreement is for one full year, unless agreed upon and signed by both parties in writing.
