The above tuition rates include one (1) lesson per week, per student.
Tuition Rates. A fifty percent (50%) tuition remission shall be available for immediate family (spouse and dependent children) members on a space available basis. This tuition remission program is not available for correspondence courses. Bargaining unit members shall be eligible to enroll in credit courses at each of the State Colleges for a fee of $1.00 per course plus applicable course related fees, such as lab, materials, etc., which are normally added above tuition. Enrollment under this provision will be limited to one course per term on a space available basis and such enrollment will not be counted toward minimums necessary for a course to be offered.
Tuition Rates a. The CSM Board of Trustees may recommend an annual increase in the resident rate of tuition up to but not exceeding twice the rate of Denver-Boulder Consumer Price Index. CSM will provide to CCHE, the JBC, and the Education Committees its recommendation for the resident rate of tuition by February 15 of each year of the term of this performance agreement.

  • Overtime Equalization The assignment of overtime shall be reasonably equalized within classifications. The normal maximum hours officers will be scheduled is (15) fifteen hours. Upon field training competition, probationary officers will begin their total overtime hours on the overtime equalization chart at the average of all members within the officer classification. An overtime equalization chart shall be maintained within the department. The chart shall list all overtime offers and each officer’s declined and accepted hours for each particular offer. Each time an officer is offered overtime, the number of overtime hours worked, or the number of hours declined, will be credited to officer’s chart. The overtime equalization chart shall be posted monthly.

  • Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.

  • Safety Footwear Allowance Effective 1/1/07, the Contra Costa Community College District will provide an initial two pairs of safety/protective work boots or shoes for employees in the following classifications: Building Maintenance Worker, Equipment Maintenance Worker, Senior Equipment Maintenance Worker, Maintenance Mechanic, Lead Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Assistant, Ground Worker / Gardener I, II, Senior or Lead, Shipping and Receiving Clerk, and all other mutually agreed upon classifications required to wear safety; protective shoes per OSHA/ASTM standards.
