Late or Unable to Report. If such a closure or curtailment announcement is made by the Employer, the Agency will not require employees to work who request not to work due to such conditions, unless it endangers the health and safety of the clientele. Where an employee notifies his/her supervisors that he/she will arrive late due to the conditions or he/she is unable to report to work, the employee shall be allowed to use accrued vacation leave, compensatory time off, personal holiday or leave without pay. The employee will make every effort to report to work on time, including using mass transit or alternative routes.
