Common use of Late Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Late Cancellation. If Resident cancels this agreement less than 48 hours prior to the beginning time in paragraph 2, then the $300.00 deposit shall be refunded, but the $600.00 rental fee shall be forfeited. • If Resident cancels this agreement less than 30 days, but more than 48 hours, prior to the rental date there will be a $100 cancellation fee. • If Resident cancels this agreement more than 30 days prior to the rental date the Resident will receive a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation.
