Late Cancellation. If Renter cancels this Usage Agreement less than 48 hours prior to the beginning time in paragraph 2, then the $300.00 deposit shall be refunded, but the $75.00 rental fee shall be forfeited.
Late Cancellation. The STUDENT may request to terminate this agreement and cancel a reservation for room and/or board after MAY 1 (for Fall Semester) or after DECEMBER 1 (for Spring Semester) prior to the beginning of the occupancy period, or during the occupancy period, by submitting a housing petition form to the Department of Housing and Residence Life. The UNIVERSITY may, in its sole discretion, grant or deny the request and may require the STUDENT to provide appropriate verification of the reasons supporting the request. If a late cancellation request is granted, the UNIVERSITY reserves the right to assess the STUDENT a cancellation fee of $500.

If Resident cancels this agreement less than 48 hours prior to the beginning time in paragraph 2, then the $300.00 deposit shall be refunded, but the $600.00 rental fee shall be forfeited. • If Resident cancels this agreement less than 30 days, but more than 48 hours, prior to the rental date there will be a $100 cancellation fee. • If Resident cancels this agreement more than 30 days prior to the rental date the Resident will receive a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees are charged according to guidelines set by The National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013. Cancellation and No-Show Fees are charged as this time has been set aside for you and cannot be filled at short notice. • Cancellation given with less than 48 business hours’ notice: A fee to 90% will be charged via your chosen payment method.
Late Cancellation. If Customer fails to comply with the requirements set forth in Subsection 2.5(b)(i), GEI shall charge and Customer agrees to pay a restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the price of all Equipment, Services or Software that is canceled, plus all costs incurred by GEI due to GEI's return of (or inability to return) Equipment or Software supplied by third party vendors.
